What a wonderful surprise to find relatives in NY state, persons whom I would never have found were it not for our photos of ancestors on Webshots, since there was a surname change from DUCHARME to DUSHARM. Like many people in Rhode Island, Connie is of Québec ancestry and proud of it. Among her many activities, she continues to promote the French language via various Franco-American organizations. The French caption on Québec license plates, "Je me souviens" is part of the core of her life.
